What cleaning products do you use?

We use a range of eco-friendly and fume cleaning products that are effective and safe for your family and pets.

How do you handle special cleaning requests?

We always strive to accommodate special cleaning requests. Let us know in advance, and we'll tailor our services to meet your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before a scheduled service without any penalty. Within 72 hours, a fee will apply.

How long do your cleans take?

We generally require a full day to make sure all our cleans (except oven cleans) are done to the best standard. We will, of course discuss this through your enquiries. A smaller property can take just as long as a larger one, depending on the condition at the start.  If we believe the clean will take a shorter amount of time we will notify you as soon as we can.

Do you do deep cleans?

We do offer a full kitchen deep clean. Please take a look at our Special Offers page for full details. 

Do you do office cleaning or similar?

We do provide a service for regular or one off office cleans, schools or small buisiness establishments. Please contact us for availability and price.
